Co-living is communal, community housing that allows people from all walks of life to interact, communicate and thrive together.
We believe that co-living not only helps break down barriers between people from different backgrounds, but also helps solve the ever growing issue of loneliness.

“Best places to eat”
Accommodation – Hollywood, Westwood and Downtown locations are $50/night, $280/week and $1000/ month. Our Venice and San Francisco properties are $60/night, $350/week and $1400/month.
Food – We provide some basic food for most of our locations such as bread, crackers, cereal, milk, ramen, peanut butter, jelly, oatmeal and popcorn. Feel free to eat anything in the community section, and if you have food left at the end of the trip, we’d love for you to add it for others to try.
Transportation – Los Angeles is notorious for it’s bad traffic and difficult parking. For this reason we highly recommend buses, ubers/lyfts or even taking a bicycle. we do have free parking at our Venice location, and parking for rent at our Westwood and Downtown spots.
Suggested activities – We have a little brochure for each location with our recommended restaurants, activities and bars. Ask our fantastic front desk representatives for additional recommendations as they live there too!
Co-living is not a new concept, most of us have been co habitating with others most of our lives. Co-living at PodShare is not much different. You’ll wake up smelling something delicious someone is cooking in the kitchen, you’ll smell the communal coffee brewing and catch a glimpse of someone tip toeing down the hall with their yoga mat. Quiet hours are enforced by our fantastic staff who live on site. If you are a light sleeper we have ear plugs free of cost for your use.
At PodShare you have a pod to yourself but share everything else. Need time to zone out? Just hop into your pod and take full advantage of the flat screen tv loaded with all the latest Netflix and Hulu. Feeling social? Just head over to any of the shared spaces and you will likely run into someone looking to strike up a conversation.
