7 square miles of scarcity, of course it’ll be expensive!

We've been building shared housing across Los Angeles for 7 years with the intention of expanding nationwide. Adding this neighborhood in SF brings us one step closer to that goal.

Don’t fall for the clickbait of “$1,200 bunk bed” because this is a 4 story house (commercial on the ground floor, residential upstairs) with a sun deck, gated entry, fireplace, old english style woodwork, a whole floor of a kitchen, and big screen TVs.

Tendernob is between Nob Hill area to the north and the Tenderloin to the south. This location caters to month-to-month roommates and as with other locations requires no security deposit or proof of income. There is the benefit of free laundry, dedicated desk space, daily cleaning, and all utilities included.

We introduced drawers in the stairs, utilized all of the natural sky light, and extended the frame of the beds to include a personal closet (cabinet with hangers).
